There are worse things than having voted for Barack Obama in 2008, I suppose. It was the cool thing to do, and anyone who didn't closely follow the day to day political stuff can be forgiven for not seeing through the dense smoke screen that the media and culture emitted in order to get him elected. 2012 is a different matter, though.
